CANCELLATION POLICY
Please take a moment to review this service waiver/Cancellation Policy: 24- hour notice is required for any canceled or rescheduled appointment or up to 100% of service price will be charged. Failure to show without notice and/or same day cancelations will require 100% in full payment of service booked. Cancellations within 24hrs of the appointment are subject to 50% charge of the service(s) booked. ** PMU CANCELLATION REQUIREMENTS - PLEASE READ** Card will be charged up to 100% of balance if no-show or cancellation occurs within 48 hours. Cancellation 3 business days prior to appointment (not including weekends or holidays) is required to avoid no-show fee. Cancellation within 24 hours of appointment are subject to 50% charge. Card will be charged 100% of balance for same day and/or no-show cancellations. By choosing yes, I’m acknowledging I have read, understand, and agree with the terms of these policies.
