CANCELLATION POLICY

Please book an appointment time you’re confident you can keep, as appointment changes close to the cancellation window are difficult to accommodate. Appointment Reliability Policy
: Please note, while cancellations within the stated window are permitted, repeated last-minute cancellations or reschedules that prevent the appointment from being filled may result in limited booking privileges or refusal of future appointments. Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client, and these policies help ensure that availability is respected and that all clients have a fair opportunity to book. Service waiver/Cancellation Policy: * A valid card on file will be required to secure all appointments. * Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% service fee, no exceptions. * No-Shows and/or same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount, no exceptions. * Repeated last-minute cancellations or reschedules may result in limited or declined future booking privileges. *Services rendered are non-refundable, and reservation/booking fees are non-refundable. ** PMU CANCELLATION REQUIREMENTS - PLEASE READ** Card will be charged up to 100% of balance if no-show or cancellation occurs within 48 hours. Cancellation 3 business days prior to appointment (not including weekends or holidays) is required to avoid no-show fee. Cancellation within 24 hours of appointment are subject to 50% charge, no exceptions. Card will be charged 100% of balance for same day and/or no-show cancellations, no exceptions.
